Thousands of Venezuelan immigrants arrive to Ecuador daily, from newborns to adults, giving form to this intertwined story that takes place over the time frame of their one-year stay in the country. Both their dreams and problems come together to shape this story of humanity.

Miles de inmigrantes venezolanos llegan a Ecuador diariamente, desde recién nacidos hasta adultos, formando esta historia entrelazada que tiene lugar durante el período de tiempo de un años dentro de su estancia el país. Tanto sus sueños como sus problemas se unen para dar forma a esta historia de humanidad.

ABOUT THE DIRECTOR: Daniel Yépez Brito
Ecuadorian film and TV scriptwriter, producer and director. In 2014 he was selected for the workshop "Filming in Colombia with Abbas Kiarostami,” where he created the short film 'Vida' ( Best Short Film and Best Performance at the La Orquídea International Film Festival in Cuenca; Best International Short Film at the Barranquilla International Film Festival; Official Choice of the Colombian Film Panorama: Paris - Barcelona - London, and showcased in the Cannes Film Festival). In the same year, in Colombia, he directed a section of the collective motion picture ‘Anthropos,’ released for the Cartagena International Film Festival. In 2016 he released the documentary '7 Muros' (7 Walls), for the DOCTV Latinoamérica 5th edition. In 2017 he produced the short film “Border” (Official Choice of the Annecy International Animation Film Festival.

Guionista, productor y director de cine y televisión ecuatoriano. En 2014, fue seleccionado para el taller "Filming in Colombia with Abbas Kiarostami", donde creó el cortometraje 'Vida' (Mejor Cortometraje y Mejor Interpretación en el Festival Internacional de Cine la Orquídea en Cuenca; Mejor Cortometraje Internacional en el Festival Internacional de Cine de Barranquilla; Elección oficial del Panorama cinematográfico colombiano: París - Barcelona - Londres, y se exhibió en el Festival de Cannes). Ese mismo año, en Colombia, dirigió una sección de la película colectiva 'Antropos', estrenada en el Festival Internacional de Cine de Cartagena. En 2016 lanzó el documental '7 Muros' (7 Walls), para la 5a edición de DOCTV Latinoamérica y en 2017 produjo el cortometraje 'Border' (Selección Oficial del Festival Internacional de Cine de Animación de Annecy).
